To comply with the EA's newly introduced Bye-Law on the Derwent Catchment system, Conditions of Permit have been updated. Click the relevant river to view the updates.
Conditions of Permit
1. This permit is not transferable and is granted to and accepted by the holder on the distinct understanding that he/she complies with all conditions and that failing such compliance this permit is cancelled and forfeited.
2. The right is reserved to cancel or decline to issue a Permit to any one who offends against the Fisheries Acts, and to anyone who makes himself/herself in any way obnoxious to anglers, water bailiffs or the governing body.
3. The fee for this permit to be paid by the 31st January.
