Conditions of Permit
1. This permit is not transferable and is granted to and accepted by the holder on the distinct understanding that he/she complies with all conditions and that failing such compliance this permit is cancelled and forfeited.
2. The right is reserved to cancel or decline to issue a Permit to any one who offends against the Fisheries Acts, and to anyone who makes himself/herself in any way obnoxious to anglers, water bailiffs or the governing body.
3. The fee for this permit to be paid by the 31st January.
